- Use SEO tools and analytics to identify keywords and competition.
- Use Country Level Domain and Local Hosting to target local audience and ensure speed using Caching and / or Data Compression.
- Use keyword rich Authentic Unique content. Please don’t duplicate it in other pages. Target one or two keyword per page. Redirect URL without www to URL with it to avoid duplication.
- Use keyword rich URL with hyphen to separate keywords, keyword phrased title less than 65 characters, meta keywords with main keywords and unique good description of 1 or 2 sentence for meta description. Also use keyword rich anchors.
- Important keywords should come initially in title. Also, the most competitive important keyword should be targeted at home page.
- Use appropriate HTML tags that is H1 for main headings and other H tags for appropriate levels. Use Bold / Italic / Underline wherever appropriate. Use P tag for paragraphs.
- Validate the HTML and CSS using W3C standards. So valid doctype, no missing alt tags and so on.
- Use breadcrumbs and link all pages internally and redirect 404 error page to domain sitemap. Try to make navigation using JS than CSS and forget flash.
- Provide valid robot.txt and HTML sitemap and google XML maps.
- Provide full detailed contact page with map and provide option for newsletters, bookmarks and social media integration.
- Get links from high PR sites and add deep links to related articles and submit to Search Engines and Directory Listing.
- Do 301 redirection to domain URL.
