In order for a number Num to be classified as a Rare Number, it needs to meet the following criteria: Num + Rev = A2 and Num – Rev = B2, where A and B are perfect squares.
For example, consider the number 65: Here, Num = 65 and Rev = 56. We observe that Num + Rev = 121 = 112 and Num – Rev = 9 = 32, making 65 a Rare Number.
